Malia Lauer - hoop dancer, maker, extraordinaire, wearer of "ze stretchy pánts".
She and I were tromping about with our hoops when that golden Northern California light came through the trees. I ran back to the house to grab my camera, and photographed her dancing in and out of the light until the darkness set in.
