Hulé Hu

Malia Lauer - hoop dancer, maker, extraordinaire, wearer of "ze stretchy pánts". 

She and I were tromping about with our hoops when that golden Northern California light came through the trees. I ran back to the house to grab my camera, and photographed her dancing in and out of the light until the darkness set in.

Hank the night before the contest. 

I was recently on the North shore of Oahu to watch my brother compete in the very thrilling Pipeline Masters.
